I offer a bespoke service form start to end, including ring sizing, talking you through design options, ring fittings where possible, resizing if needed and hallmarking. I usually require a minimum of 8 weeks lead time although in busier periods I may need longer.

The Metal
I make rings in silver and gold. If in gold, you have the choice of yellow, rose or white, and the choice of 9ct or 18ct.
It's usually recommended that you wear the same carat of gold next to each other, as harder metals will wear softer metals down over time. So if you have an 18ct gold engagement ring, you should have an 18ct gold wedding ring next to it.
The profile
If cut in a cross-section the band can be in different shapes; halo (circular), square, rectangular or 'D' shape.
The scale
Bands can be made thin and delicate with measurements as little as 1.5mm wide, or heavy weight and chunky, as much as 12mm wide.

The finish
There are several finishes to choose from made using a variety of hammers and polishing tools; smooth and polished, frosted, erosion, planished and beaten. It's worth bearing in mind that any texture applied to the surface will wear over time.
The ring size
I make wedding rings to any UK size or half size. It's important to note that your temperature changes your ring size. Rings will feel loose on cold hands and tight on hot hands. The width of the ring itself also changes your ring size. For a thin ring, you will be a smaller size than a wide ring. So when you find out your ring size, note your size AND the width of the sizer.

I can make a wedding band fit around an existing engagement ring, whether it's a curved, fluid line, or a sharp tight fit.
