You can purchase items through this website using PayPal or a debit/credit card. All prices shown, including postage, include VAT.
In Person
Visit Jewellery by Lucy Campbell at the Town Mill in Lyme Regis to view, try on, and buy my work. I also attend markets, fairs, shows, and exhibitions throughout the year—please contact the shop for current locations and dates.

All items are sent via Royal Mail:

- Orders up to £100: choose any service.
- Orders above £100: automatically sent via Special Delivery for safety and insurance.
- Postage cost reflects Royal Mail charges and VAT; no profit is made on shipping.

Collection Option
You can order online and collect in person to avoid postage charges. Collection is available only during shop opening hours. Please call ahead to confirm your item is ready.
Timescales
- In-stock items: usually posted within 2 working days.
- Non-hallmarked items not in stock (e.g., silver studs, earrings, rings, pendants) – posted in 3–5 working days.
- Hallmarked items not in stock (e.g., silver bangles, larger necklaces, most gold items) – posted in 2–3 weeks to allow for production and hallmarking.
- Bespoke orders: lead times vary from 2 to 12 weeks depending on complexity and workload.
- During busy periods (e.g., Christmas), delivery may take longer.
Refunds
- Online orders can be cancelled and refunded within 14 days of purchase. Customers have an additional 14 days to return the items after notifying cancellation.
- Returns should be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Items lost in transit without this service will not be refunded.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
- In-person purchases can be refunded within 14 days.
- Bespoke commissions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges
- Exchanges for a different size (pendant chains, bangles, rings) are accepted within 2 months of purchase.
- Exchanges for a different item are allowed within 2 months. Price differences may apply:
- If the new item costs more, the balance must be paid.
- If cheaper, a gift voucher or another item can be chosen. Vouchers expire after 3 years.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged to qualify for exchange.
- Faulty or broken items will be repaired or replaced with an identical item.
