ONLINE: You can buy items via this website; it gives you the choice of using PayPal or using a debit/credit card. All prices shown (including postal charges) are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery
UK addresses:
All items are sent by Royal Mail. For orders of up to £100 in value, you have the choice of 1st class, 2nd class or Special Delivery. For orders of above £100 in value, it automatically selects Special Delivery, as this is the safest option, as compensation can be claimed if it goes missing. In case you're wondering, I don't make anything on postage - the amount you pay is the total of Royal Mail's postage charge, a jiffy bag and VAT.

- International Tracked & Signed = £13.00 This is insured up to £50.
- International Tracked & Signed = £17.00 This is insured up to £250.
- International Signed = £17.00 This is insured up to £50.
- International Signed = £20.00 This is insured up to £250.
Collection
If you would like to order and pay online but collect in person and avoid the postage charges, I have a collection option which you can select at the check out. Collection is only available during shop opening hours which can be found here.
I recommend calling before driving if you live outside of Lyme to double check we are open and that your item is ready for collection.

Timescales
I try to make sure I have everything in stock in every size but this is not always possible and especially so in busy periods, or, if ordering things in gold. If time is tight it's always best to contact me in advance to see if I have your item in stock. As a rule:
If you're interested in commissioning a bespoke order, lead times can vary from as little as 2 weeks or as much as 12 weeks, depending on what the order is, and how much work I have on at any given time.
- Items that we have in stock are usually posted within 2 working days.
- Non-hallmarked items not in stock (eg most silver studs, dangly earrings, rings, pendants) can be made to order and are usually posted in 3-5 working days.
- Hallmarked items not in stock (eg silver bangles, larger necklaces, and most gold items) can be made to order and are usually posted in 2-3 weeks. This allows time for the item to be made, then sent to London for hallmarking at the London Assay Office and sent back to me again, before I can post to you (or your destination address).

Refunds
In line with 'distance selling' laws, orders placed online via the website and sent by post can be cancelled and refunded within 14 days of purchase. Customers have another 14 days to return the goods once they've informed me of wanting to cancel. It is strongly recommended to return items via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, as the items are insured and signed-for. Items that are not returned this way and go missing will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Please note that items bought in person at our shop in Lyme or at an event are not eligible for a refund. All bespoke commissions are non-refundable, nor can they be accepted for exchange.
Exchanges
When buying an item as a gift, it is often hard to know what size to order. I am happy to exchange pendant chains, bangles and rings for those of the same design but of different size within 2 months of purchase.
Equally, if an item is an unwanted gift, or the customer has changed their mind, I am happy to exchange it for a different piece of jewellery within 2 months of purchase. If the price of the exchanged item is bigger than the original item, the additional balance will need to be paid. If smaller, the customer may like to choose another piece of jewellery, and any additional balance will need to be paid. Alternatively I can provide a gift voucher to be spent at a later date. Please note that vouchers issued after 29/06/22 expire in 3 years.
The cost of returning items for exchange is to be met by the customer. All returned items must not have been used, worn or damaged in any way; any items like this will not be accepted for exchange. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or broken, I will either fix or replace it for another of the same kind.
